Q. How quickly will I receive the items I've ordered?
A. Once we've received cleared funds from you, all orders are despatched within five working days. In practice we often despatch same day or within 24 hours. If you pay by cheque we will wait until your payment has cleared. This can take up to 10 days. The actual time your consigment will take to reach you will depend on the delivery service within your country and we have no control over this process. For shipments to countries outside the EU there may also be delays due to Customs procedures within your country.
Q. I'm looking for a specific record/CD. Can you get it for me?
A. We specialise in finding hard to get copies of rare records and CDs, and using our extensive network of contacts throughout the world we can usually find you a copy of most items. Please email us details of what you're looking for, the minimum condition you'll accept, and the price you are prepared to pay. We'll try to obtain the item for you.
If we can find a suitable copy we will give you full details of the costs and ask you to pay a small deposit to secure the item before we order it. This deposit will cover our administration costs in obtaining the item and is non-refundable. When we receive the item from our supplier it will be play-graded and checked very thoroughly. Only once we are totally satisfied that the item condition meets your requirements will we then ask you to pay the balance in full including our standard shipping costs. The item will be despatched to you when we receive your payment.
Q. Do you have a shop I can visit?
A. No, to keep our prices as low as possible we're an online business only.
Q. If I try to use the Bing Translator Widget I can't see my language.
A. On a PC, use the mouse to left click on the widget, hold the mouse key down then drag the widget to wherever is best on the screen for you. On a mobile device just tap and drag the widget.
Q. Do you have an app I can download to my phone to use your site?
A. Not at the moment but our site will work in a standard browser (Safari, Chrome etc) on an iPad or tablet.
